1. Pony Tail
Instead of doing a high pony tail, do a low pony tail that won’t bother you while you’re training. Part your hair to 2 pieces and twist those 2 pieces all the way down to your neck. Secure them with separate rubber bands. Use another rubber band to join them together.
2. Twisted Bun
This is one of the easiest and most practical hairdos for exercising. Part your hair in the middle and use rubber bands to do 2 low pony tails. Start twisting the ponytails. Once the ponytails are twisted, secure them with bobby pins. Spray some hair spray.
3. Criss-Cross Braid
Divide your hair to 3 sections. Use rubber bands to do 2 low ponytails with the right and the left side. Use the middle part to do a braid. Once you get in the middle of your braid, add the 2 ponytails and continue braiding. Use bobby pins to secure your braid.
