Home Exercise Without Equipment: Karlie Kloss’s Training For Perfect Abs, Legs and Butt

If you’re one of those women who watched carefully the Victoria’s Secret Show last month, then you must have noticed that Karlie Kloss has never looked better.

We give you the opportunity to try Karlie’s training program in the comfort of your own home, without any equipment.

Legs Exercise

Stand with your knees slightly bent. Slide your right leg outward, and then raise it in line with your pelvic. Raise your leg with your knee still bent. Slide it back to your first position. Repeat this 10 times. Do this exercise with your left leg.

This exercise is great for your thighs. Stand with your knees bent, just like in the previous exercise. Raise your right leg but this time holding it straight while raising it. Repeat this 10 times, and then do the exercise with your left leg.

Slightly lower your body in front, and then slide your right leg outwards while holding it straight. Repeat this 5 times and then switch to the left leg.

Don’t forget to squat. Do 10 squats to warm up, and then do 20 rep. with bent knee sliding backwards.

Butt Exercise

Get down on all fours and do these 5 exercises. Do 10 to 20 repetitions.

Perfect Abs Exercise

The starting position is the same as the butt exercise. These abs exercises are harder than the butt ones. You’ll need a bottle of water to serve you as a weight. Do 5 repetitions to warm up, and then do 15 repetitions.
