  • ½ cup cooked, cooled and mashed sweet potato
  • 3 cups baby kale

Put the orange, papaya and sweet potato in your blender first. Then add the kale. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.

  •  1 ½ cup water
  • 1 chopped lettuce
  • 3-4 stalks celery
  • 1/2 head of spinach
  • 1 cored and chopped apple
  • 1 cored and chopped pear
  • 1 banana
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

Preparation:

Add the water and chopped head of the lettuce in the blender. Mix until smooth. Add the celery, apple and pear and gradually increase the speed. Add the banana and lemon juice as last.
