1. Homemade Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • one 32-ounce container of full fat Greek-yogurt
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients and then pour the mixture in the ice cream maker. After 30 minutes, put it into the freezer and let it set up.

2. Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups fruit (berries, bananas, peaches etc.)
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • ½ cup milk

Put everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and let it freeze. Super easy treat for your kids!

3. Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey
  • 4 ½ ounces finely chopped, dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Put the milk and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it until hot. Add the honey and vanilla. Mix until the chocolate is melted. Add the yogurt and mix until everything is smooth. Keep the mouse in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving. Enjoy our healthy mousse!
