  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients and mix them well. Add the batter in a skillet, cover it with a lid and cook (with oil or without) each side until it turns brown. Garnish with fruit and enjoy!

  • 100g of cooked rice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 80g of ricotta
  • Blackberry or any other berries

Instructions:

Combine the rice and egg whites. Add the batter in a dry skillet and cook each side until it’s done. Make pancakes out of all the batter. Then, mix the ricotta and berries to make a smooth paste.

Spread the filling over the pancakes and roll them up. Enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp. ricotta
  • 1 big apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. shelled walnut
  • 1 tbsp. rolled oats
  • Honey

Instructions:

First wash the apple, then remove the core. Add the ricotta, rolled oats, walnut and cinnamon in the apple. Bake it for 15 minutes or until soft.  Pour on some honey and serve it cold. Enjoy!
