This exercise will sooth thick areas in the upper legs.
Sit on the floor, lift your butt and position the foam roller behind the upper thighs. Put your hands on the floor to support yourself. Lift your body. Start pushing your body up and down so that the roller moves on your thighs. Repeat this 10 times.
The Hip Roll
This exercise will help you sooth your hip area.
Lie on the right side and place the foal roller under your right hip, while keeping your right leg extended. Bend the left knee and put your left foot on the ground for support. Straighten your right arm and start lifting your torso. Move your body up and down the foam roller, while keeping the roller under your hip. Repeat this exercise 10 times and then do the exercise with your left leg.
The Can-Can Tush Roll
This exercise will help you reduce thickness in your butt area.
Sit on the foam roller, place your palms behind you on the floor for balance and your heels on the floor. Roll your knees to the right and then roll your hips and knees towards left. Keep doing this for 8-10 repetitions.
