Wild Rice Lentil and Arugula Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked wild race
- 2 cups cooked lentils

Preparation:

- Chop 2 raw carrots and add to bowl.
- Add ¼ cup of dried cranberries and add to bowl.
- Sprinkle with Himalayan sea salt and serve.
