Substitute For Potatoes

Substitute For Bread

Eating bread can really make you gain weight. If can’t give up bread, you can try the flour-free bread which is simply delicious and easy to prepare. Pour water over the corn and leave it for 3 days. After 3 days, strain the corn and then blend it in your blender. In a pan, without using any oil, fry some sesame, linseed and sunflower seeds only for a minute. In a big bowl, mix the fried seed, blended corn and some barley oats. Mix the yeast with some water and add some sugar. Add the yeast to the bowl, add some salt and make your dough.

Heat your oven on 200 degrees and add some ice to create steam. Put the bread in the oven and let it bake for 45-50 minutes.
