We simply can’t imagine our lives without Wi-Fi connection right? Unfortunately, those routers that provide us with internet send electromagnetic waves that can be health hazardous.
The British Health Agency conducted a research that showed the bad influence Wi-Fi routers have on plants and people’s health.
Too much exposure to Wi-Fi can cause:
- Constant headaches
- Insomnia
- Chronic Fatigue
- Ear pain
- Lack of concentration
Although we can’t live without technology, we need to start defending ourselves from the destructive effects of it. For starters, try not to sleep in a room where there’re a lot of gadgets.
- Turn off your Wi-Fi router when you’re not using it.
- Turn off the router before going to bed.
- Don’t place the router in your kitchen or bedroom.
