Two-Minute Sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen strawberries and raspberries (optional)
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until it becomes creamy, stop before it turns to a liquid. Serve immediately, or freeze it.

Skinny Potato Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds red potatoes (chopped and boiled)
- 5 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
- ¾ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- ½ red onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup chopped herbs (like dill or parsley)
- 1 tsp. each salt and pepper
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and serve immediately.

Double Red Sangria
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle light red wine (Pinot noir-optional)
- 1 cup red grapes (chopped)
- 1 cup oranges (chopped)

Combine the wine, grapes, oranges and liqueur in a pitcher. Stir in 2 tbs. honey thinned with 2 tbsp. boiling water. Chill for at least an hour; add 2 cups seltzer water right before serving.
