Honey, Grapefruit and Banana Salad Recipe
(3 servings)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of refrigerated red grapefruit sections (chilled)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1 tbsp. fresh chopped mint
- 1 tbsp. honey
Preparation:
First drain the grapefruit sections, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Add the grapefruit sections, juice, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix gently. Serve immediately, or cover and put in a refrigerator.
