Here is what you need to prepare the fruit acai bowl:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of frozen mixed berries
- ¼ cup of hemp seeds
- ½ banana
- ½ cup of fresh mango,
- ¼ cup of coconut water
- 2 unsweetened frozen acai packs
Preparation:
First put the berries in the blender and blend until smooth. Then, add remain ingredients and blend again. Pour the mixture in a bowl and decorate with a layer of chopped banana, a layer of chopped mango, shredded coconut and granola. Feel free to choose your toppings!
