Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

- Large Saucepan
- Wooden Spoon
- Silicone molds
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups organic apple juice
- ½ apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 5 tbsp gelatin powder
Instructions:
Combine the ACV, apple juice and water in a large saucepan, not heated and stir well. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir it for 2 min.
Switch on the heat to mid-low, stir with a wooden spoon for 5min until the gelatin is fully dissolved,
At last, pour the gelatin mixture into the silicone molds and chill them in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tip:
You can use any mold that you want, whether it’s a silicone or ice cube trays. Or you can put the mix into a deep dish and cut them out yourself when they are ready to be served.
