Alcohol Free Hair Spray
Ingredients:
- 1 cup filtered water
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 6-8 drops essential oil
Preparation:
Heat the water in a small pan to boiling. Add the sugar and stir it to dissolve. Allow the mixture to cool. Add the essential oils. Place your new hair spray in a spray bottle.
Citrus and Lavender Hair Spray
Ingredients:
- One orange (for dark hair) or one lemon (for light hair)
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2-3 tbsp high proof vodka
- 6-8 drops of lavender essential oil
Preparation:
Combine 2 cups water and chopped orange/lemon in a small pot and boil over medium high heat until it’s reduced by half. Strain the liquid into a measuring cup. Allow the mixture to cool. Mix the alcohol and essential oils in a small bowl, and then add to the cup of citrus juice. Pour the liquid into a spray bottle.
Aloe Vera Sugar Hair Spray
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup hot water.
- 1/3 cup Aloe Vera Gel
Preparation:
In a small pot, on medium heat, boil the water and the sugar. Add the Aloe Vera Gel. Leave it to cool down and then put the liquid in a spray bottle.
