What’s more adorable than a baby zebra? A baby zebra with dots. Yes, you’re reading this right. A rare polka dot zebra roams around Kenya and we’re officially in love with this cute little animal. Who says that zebra’s have to have stripes? Polka dots look even better on them.
The adorable animal was seen in the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya and has become quite the star in the Reserve.
A wildlife specialist, Parmale Lemein explains that they’ve never seen a polka dot zebra in the Reserve before. He also explains that the baby zebra probably has melanism and unfortunately, no similar zebra has survived more than 6 months with melanisn in African parks.
