Spinach and Egg Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of baby spinach
  • ½ cup of oats prepared with water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of Swiss cheese

Preparation:

Mix ¼ cup chopped baby spinach into your oatmeal. Top with 1 thin slice of Swiss cheese and 1 large egg.

Oatmeal with Dry Fruit and Pistachio

Ingredients:

1 cup oats prepared with water
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp. dried cranberries
1 tbsp. dried cherries
1 tbsp. roasted pistachios
1 tbsp. honey

Preparation:

Add the nutmeg in your already prepared oatmeal. Top with the cranberries, cherries, and pistachios and drizzle with some honey.

Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ cup pureed canned pumpkin
  • 1 dash ground cloves
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg

Preparation:

Put the oats, milk, sliced banana, and cinnamon into a pot on the stove on medium heat. Stir until the mixture gets thick and creamy. Turn down heat to medium low and add the canned pumpkin, the ground cloves and the ground nutmeg. Enjoy!

Strawberry and Cream Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of oats cooked with water
  • ¼ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ sliced strawberries

Preparation:

Once you cook the oats, add in the yogurt, strawberries and honey. Stir everything good and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
