A new exhibition by modern street artist Seek One kicks off with an opening reception on October 8th and runs through November 13th at the White Room Gallery in the Hamptons. Quavo, Meghan Trainer, and Tony Robbins are among a few famous faces people who are collectors of his work.
On The Bright Side will be the theme of the upcoming exhibition at The White Room Gallery, located in Bridgehampton. In addition to Seek One, other participating artists include Jack Flo, John Joseph Hanright, and Linda Zacks. The name, On The Bright Side, represents the group’s bright and vibrant aesthetic.
Seek One’s long-standing partnership with The White Room brings at least one annual show featuring his work, with this year’s show coming right off the heels of his most recent feature with Gallery 23 in New York City. The artist’s work stands out among New York street art collectors and those in the surrounding area.
In addition to his most recent show at Gallery 23 in New York, Seek One has an ongoing relationship and partnership with The White Room that allows him the opportunity to showcase his artwork at least once a year.
The White Room holds a special place in his heart and career, as Seek One noted that The White Room helped launch his art career when they accepted two of his artworks into their gallery, which both ended up selling very quickly. From then on, they have been debuting his art in the Hamptons and Miami during Art Basel for about five years.
In addition to showcasing his upcoming exhibition, The Bright Side, Seek One also creates digital NFT art.
In preparation for his upcoming art gallery show, Seek One, had this to say about his excitement ahead of the show, “I’m most excited to showcase a handful of new paintings and be able to attend the show in person. I don’t typically get to all of the openings, so I am very excited to be there in person and hang out with everyone.”
Since art shows have resumed after a two-year hiatus due to the global pandemic, Seek One says, hosting art shows have been greatly missed during the pandemic. Hosting art shows is one of the best parts of being an artist, in his opinion. Interacting with collectors and seeing their reactions to his works is priceless.
