From that moment on, Susan’s and the bird’s lives were changed forever.

Susan tried looking for the nest where the baby bird came from but she couldn’t find it anywhere. She knew that if she left him behind, his chances of survival were zero. She wasn’t ready to let go of the baby bird so she took it home with her and named him Klinger.

Susan’s friends warned her that the baby bird was so tiny that it probably won’t survive. The bird need to be fed every 20 minutes for the first 2 weeks in order to get better. Susan made him small incubator and prayed for the best.A-Woman-Found-a-Smashed-Egg-and-Made-a-Friend-For-Life-3

Klinger survived the first night and another.

Susan was thinking of releasing Klinger back into the wild when he’ll be old enough, but that wasn’t possible since Klinger lacked the survival skills he needed to make it in the wild.

Although he won’t make it back into the wild, Klinger is one happy bird living with his beloved owner Susan.
