Fruity Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen and crushed acai pouch
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup flaxseed granola
  • ¼ cup goji berries

Preparation:

Put the banana, acai, apple juice and strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Put the mixture in a small bowl and garnish it with shredded coconut, goju berries, some banana and flaxseed granola. Enjoy!

Chocolate Acai Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen acai smoothie pack
  • 1 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup vanilla almond/soy milk

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!

Oatmeal Acai Bowl

  • 250 ml. rice milk
  • 1 scoop acai powder
  • 1 scoop soaked oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • Some fresh mixed berries
  • Some dried mulberries
  • Some dried Inca berries

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
