Aloe Vera and Kale Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of water
- ½ cup of Aloe Vera gel (cut and filleted from a leaf)
- 3 kale leaves
- 1 cup of mixed, fresh berries
- 1 peach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of ice
- Agave nectar or honey
Preparation:
Take one Aloe Vera leaf and fillet it. Extract the gel from the leaf. Add all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
