Ingredients:
- 4 oz. low fat Greek Yogurt
- 4 oz. almond or coconut milk
- some fresh strawberries
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until you get a thick mixture. Put the mixture in a glass, add some ice and some frozen strawberries.
If you’re not on a strict diet, you can add a scoop of ice cream instead of ice.
