A tasty treat that is good for you to eat!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 200ml rice milk (or soy/almond/cashew milk)
- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- ¼ cup agave nectar/honey
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3 drops vanilla essence
- 5 tbsp. cacao powder
Preparation:
Put chia seeds in the milk to soak for a while. Then, put all the ingredients except the milk and chia seeds in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the chia seeds and milk mixture in the food processor and blend again.
Pour the mixture in a glass bowl and put it in a fridge for an hour or more.
Decorate it with chopped avocado, and some fresh or frozen berries of your choice.
