Devoted Dog Visits Hospital to Say Goodbye to Her Dying Owner

This family wanted their dog to understand that her dad wasn’t coming home, so they took her to the hospital to say goodbye.

Ryan Jessen, 33, passed away last month from brain hemorrhage, and the hospital staff showed a very kind gesture. They allowed his family to bring Molly, a female boxer to visit her human for the last time.

“The hospital did the sweetest thing for us and allowed us to bring my brother’s dog in to ‘say goodbye’ so she’d know why her human never came home. If you knew my brother, he really loved his sweet dog,” says Michelle, Ryan’s sister in her Facebook post.

Michelle also added that Ryan’s donor heart is going to save the life of a 17-year-old boy.
