  • 14 oz. celery
  • 35 oz. lemons
  • 60 fl. oz. water
Preparation:

Wash and grind the celery. In a big pot, put the water and celery and add some grated lemon crust. Boil for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the pot from heat and leave it to cool for 5-6 hours. Squeeze the lemons and add the lemon juice in the water. Strain the mixture and keep the pure liquid in a glass bottle.

Consume the drink (7 fl. oz per glass) 3 times a day, before having a meal. Keep the drink in the fridge.
