Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped frozen mango
- 1 cup chopped frozen pineapple
- 1 packet of frozen dragon fruit puree
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- ½ peeled kiwi
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ scoop Tropical Protein Smoothie Powder
For the bowl you’ll need:
- Granola
- Chopped fresh fruit: berries, banana, kiwi, mango etc.
Preparation:
Put the mango, pineapple, dragon fruit puree, baby spinach, almond milk and the protein powder in a blender and blend until it is smooth.
Put ¼ cup of the granola in a cup and top it with the prepared smoothie. Top with some more granola and your favorite chopped fruits. Enjoy your smoothie in a bowl!
