Recently, Kayla shared exclusive free tips on how to get a bikini body, the body that every woman dreams to have. The training is focused on legs, arms and stomach exercises.
Each training is a circular and composed of two series with four exercises. The four exercises should be made within seven minutes. (Start from the first one and do all the exercises successively. If those seven minutes haven’t passed and you have finished the fourth, start again from the first exercise). Once you finish the first series, continue with the second and then repeat it all again (series 4 x 7 minutes = 28 minutes).

-Use brown rice or quinoa instead of white rice.
-Document your progress with “SELFIE”. When you see yourself everyday in the mirror, it is harder to see the changes. To be motivated, it is desirable to see your progress, and you can easily do that through taking self photos.
