Gisele Bündchen is the highest paid model and as a young girl she dreamed of becoming an athlete. If you take a look at her body you might even think that she’s an athlete. Gisele is fit and tones and has passion for jogging.
You won’t even believe that Gisele is a mother. She has 2 kids, Benjamin born in 2010 and Vivien born in 2012. She’s so committed to exercising that she spent her whole pregnancy working out. Thanks to her regular training routine and healthy diet, she only gained 13 kilos during her pregnancies.

Gisele’s Training Routine
The popular model combines all sorts of exercises. She does cardio 5 days a week and yoga 2 days a week. She loves doing Anusara yoga, a more simple yoga with bigger range of poses. When she wants to have fun, she goes surfing, does water aerobics or goes for a 45 min. run. She also loves martial arts and Kung Fu is her favorite.
Gisele’s Diet Plan
Gisele doesn’t have a strict diet plan and she loves eating meat. She loves eating chicken and fresh veggies and avoids eating processed foods. She doesn’t let a day go by without eating lots of fruits. She daily consumes around 1600 calories. She says that her favorite breakfast is toast and she adores eating fish for dinner. She also says that the trick is to eat at least 3 hours before going to bed.
