Paul Skinner, a cyclist, was driving around one day when he saw an abandoned dog in a ditch. He stopped for a second to see why the dog wasn’t moving when he noticed that she was licking and sniffing a plastic bag. He approached the dog to see what’s going on.
The cyclist opened the bag and what he saw broke his heart. Inside the plastic bag, there were 4 dead puppies. The man decided to call the police.
“The bag contained four dead pups. It was heartbreaking. She had tears in her eyes. I could not believe anybody could be so devoid of humanity to do something like this,” said Paul Skinner.
The police took the puppies to the vet, but they couldn’t do anything. The puppies have been already dead.
The police was grateful that Skinner stopped to help the dog. They took the dog to a local shelter where she’s still recovering.
