Breakfast:
- Pineapple juice

3-Day Pineapple Diet

First Day – Take just fresh pineapple and lots of water.
Second Day – Pineapple, 2 cans of tuna and pineapple (1 can of tuna is for lunch- 1 can for dinner).
Third Day – Follow the same routine as the first day.
