Strawberry and Raisin Protein Bar
Ingredients:
- 4 scoops Strawberry Flavored Protein Powder
- ¾ cup Raisins
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¾ cup Milk
- 3 cups Oats
Preparation:
Mix well all the ingredients in a big bowl. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and put the mixture. Place in the refrigerator and let it set overnight. Cut into 6 squares.
Banana and Walnut Protein Bar
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups Oatmeal
- 3 mashed Bananas
- 5 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 4 Egg Whites
- ½ cup grounded Walnuts,
- 1 tbsp.Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp.Cinnamon
Preparation:
Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. In another bowl, mix the bananas, egg whites and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix them all together. Place the mixture in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Oats
- 5 Egg Whites
- 3 mashed Bananas,
- 1 ounce Honey
- 4 ounces Milk
- 1.5 tbsp. Cinnamon
Preparation:
Blend the oatmeal until you get a flour-like texture. Put the oats in a bowl and add the cinnamon, chocolate whey protein powder and the peanut butter and mix everything well. Add the mashed bananas, honey and egg whites and mix. At last, add the milk. Put the mixture in a baking pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let the mixture cool down before cutting it.
