More and more people are starting to use this exotic fruit in their cuisine. Unfortunately, avocados aren’t that cheap and we don’t want you to throw your money on unripe avocados.
This test will help you choose the perfect avocado!
Remove the stem and look at the color of the avocado.
Green means the avocado is unripe.
Dark brown means the avocado is overripe.
Yellowish means the avocado is perfectly ripe.

Avocado Frappe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 12 oz. milk
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Ice
Preparation:
Cut the avocado in half and get the soft part of the avocado using a spoon. Put the avocado, milk, honey and ice in your blender. Blend until you get a thick texture.
Avocado and Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 3 oz. milk
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- ½ tbsp. garlic powder
- 3 cups spinach
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ cup canned beans
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put ½ avocado, milk, vinegar, garlic powder and bell pepper in the blender and blend until you get a creamy texture. Wash the spinach and chop it. In a big bowl, add the spinach and ½ avocado. Cover the salad with the dressing you previously made in your blender. Serve and enjoy!
