Apple Cider Vinegar
Vinegar is an odd liquid that can be used for all sorts of things but some claim if you drink apple cider vinegar, chances or reducing the appearance of your stretch marks are high. Although, this doesn’t necessarily have the best taste, so you are able to just rub some on your skin.
Shake the bottle before using, but with half hot water and half apple cider vinegar mixed together dab your fingers into the concoction and apply to the problem areas in a circular motion. Once the cider mix is applied place plastic wrap on the area sealing the mix between your skin and the wrap. Grab a warm towel and place on top of the wrap for about 30 minutes to an hour for best results.
Sugar Rub
Sugar is a natural exfoliant and can help bring your skin back to life. What you will need to make this scrub is
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- Half a lemon (for the juice)
- 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
Once you have your ingredients, mix them all together. You will want your consistency to be like the wet sand at the beach. Not to dry but not soaking in your lemon juice or avocado oil. Scrub the mixture on the problem area and rub it in once a week for about 8-10 minutes while you are in the shower and be sure to moisturize once out of the shower.
Coffee Scrub
Coffee is amazing for blood flow and can help with cell regeneration. For this scrub you will need:
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- and then you will be adding equal amounts of coffee ground, coconut oil and brown sugar.
Mix it all together and spread it on those pesky stretch marks. You’ll want to leave this scrub on for about 15-20 minutes and rinse off with hot water for best results.
DIY Miracles
Although some stretch marks will be with you forever, how to get rid of stretch marks on your breast can be made a little simpler to achieve with these DIY methods above. It’s going to take time and patience but they can all be done at a cheaper cost than a dermatologist or a mommy makeover surgery would cost but we highly recommend talking to a professional if you are still concerned with the look of your stretch marks.
