Monika Malek is a photographer who wants to change the way people think about disabled cats. She had done this amazing photography project showing that it doesn’t matter if a cat is missing an eye or it’s diagnosed with leukemia. It’s still a cat. Disabled cats also meow, purr, wash themselves, sleep in awkward places, jump and love looking out the window.
Monika’s project consists of photographs of disabled cats captured during the moments of feline behavior. She wants to demonstrate that every cat’s behavior is the same, regardless of their disabilities. Inability is a state of mind.
