Eduardo Rodriguez was walking the streets of Granada when he suddenly saw a 10-month old puppy lying down. The poor little puppy was in desperate need of help. She was so malnourished, weak and thin that her organs were starting to fail. The puppy was barely standing.
Eduardo knew that he had to do something to help the starved canine. He picked her up and brought her into a Spanish rescue center. She weighted only 16 pounds and immediately being hooked up to a drip.
She was named Barilla, after Barilla spaghetti because she was so thin.
Days went by and Barilla was starting to put on weight. She started to gain muscles and look like a real dog. She had an incredible transformation and her recovery was simply amazing.
