Heart Attack
Main Symptom- Constricting Pain

Panic Attack
Main Symptom-Prickly Feeling
A panic attack can occur in ordinary circumstances, not just tragic and horrific events. The pain starts in the chest and it rises, then falls, usually reaching the peak after 10 minutes. A person surviving a panic attack experiences numbness and prickly feeling. That feeling can occur in the right arm, legs and fingers. Irrational fears often occur during a panic attack and the person might feel going insane or suffocating.
