Day #1:
You can eat only low-sugar fruit today, except bananas! Choose apples, pomegranates, and any citrus you like. Drink 12 glasses of water. Start your day with 2 apples and a pomegranate or an apple with an orange or a pomegranate. By the end of the day you should’ve been eaten: 4 apples, 4 oranges, 1 watermelon and 2 pomegranates.
Day #2:
You can eat all the vegetables you want—alone, in a salad, or boiled with salt and pepper. Start your day with one boiled potato with salt only. Eat the salads of your choice for lunch and dinner, plus drink 12 glasses of water. Don’t drink with or right after your meals.
Day #3:

Fruit and Vegetable Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:

- 3 oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup green, purple, or red grape halves
- 1/4 cup currants
- 2 apricots or guavas, chopped with seeds removed
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 grapefruit
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 red apples, diced
- 3 cups green cabbage, chopped or shredded
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix. Refrigerate for about 3 hours. Eat fresh and save leftovers for later.
Day #4:
You are allowed to eat bananas and drink milk. Start your day with 1 banana, 1 glass of skimmed milk and this diet soup:
Ingredients:

- 23 ounces water
- 1 onion, cut into rings
- 2 green chiles
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cabbage
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 carrot
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together and boil for five minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For lunch and dinner, eat 1 serving of the diet soup, 1 glass skimmed milk and 1 banana. For snacks eat 5 bananas. Drink at least 10 glasses of water.
Day #5:
Combine vegetables, fruits and rice. You should eat 6 tomatoes today. Start your day with 1 grapefruit, 1 apple, 1 orange and 2 tomatoes. For lunch, eat one small bowl of boiled rice, one fruit salad from day #3, ½ glass of skimmed milk and 2 tomatoes. For dinner, eat one soup from day #4, 1 apple and 2 tomatoes. Drink at least 10 glasses of water.
Day #6:
Eat vegetables and rice plus the fruit salads and diet soup. Start your day with raw vegetables and one cup of boiled rice. For lunch and dinner have one bowl of soup or fruit salad. Drink at least 10 glasses of water.
Day #7:
Eat small servings of boiled rice, fruit salads and soups. Drink fruit juice if you like. Start your day with fresh orange/ grapefruit juice and 1 apple and 1 grapefruit. For lunch, eat one bowl of boiled rice and raw vegetables of your choice. For dinner, eat one bowl of diet soup and vegetable salad. Drink at least 10 glasses of water.
