Stand up straight with your feet together. Step wide with your left foot while bending your right knee in a lunge. Keep your right leg straight as you go lower towards the floor. Maintain your upper body in an upright position. Push back with the left foot and bring both feet together. Repeat on your right side. Do 10 repetitions for each leg.

2. Leg Lift

Sit on the floor, the left leg stretched out and right leg bent. Lean on your left forearm and elbow. Do not allow your foot to touch the ground as it comes down. Repeat for 30 seconds on both sides.
