6. Paraffin Wax

Parafin wax can give you relieve if your condition is really bad and painful. Melt 1 block paraffin wax and add 2 tbsp. of coconut oil. Let it cool down for a moment and then dip your feet in the mixture. Wait 10 seconds and then dip again. Keep dipping your feet until you have a few layers on your painful area. Leave the wax on for 30 minutes.

7. Epsom Salt

It’s really important to keep your feet moisturized when you have cracked heels. The Epsom salt feet soak will help you keep your feet moisturized and will improve your circulation. Soak your feet in warm water and add ½ cup of Epsom salt in the water. Scrub your feet and soak them for 15 minutes. Dry your feet and apply some foot cream. Put on a pair of socks and leave the foot cream overnight.
