- 1 (12-ounce) container low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
- 2 (0.3-ounce) box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
- 2 pre-made light graham cracker crusts or any pre-made pie crust
Preparation:
Put the cottage cheese in a blender. Prepare the 2 boxes of strawberry gelatin; use 1 cup of hot water and 1 cup of cold water. Then add to cottage cheese before it jells, and blend until smooth.
