No Exercises, No Diet: How This Woman Lost 80 Pounds

2. Shopping for Groceries

Before going to the grocery store, make a list of things you need to buy. Making a list and sticking to it will prevent you from buying things you don’t really need. Avoid buying snacks and sweets!

3. Food Preparation

Instead of cooking meat, cook a fish. It’s more healthy and delicious. Always add some veggies as a side dish to you meal.
