There’s nothing quite like a Russian twist to set your side abs on fire. This exercise includes weight and lifted legs for an extra challenge. Incorporate this move into your regular abs-sculpting workout.
Here is how to perform the weighted Russian twist:
Sit on the floor with bent knees and elevated feet. Grab a dumbbell and hold it vertically in front of your chest and lean back so that your torso is at 45-degree angle to the floor.
Turn your torso to the left, make a pause, while you are squeezing your abdominal muscles. Return to the center. Repeat on the other side and return to the center again. That’s one rep. Perform 10 reps.
