Here is the best and quick recipe for banana waffles. It is grain-free, sugar-free and awesomely delicious.
How to make it?
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp. arrowroot
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 mega-ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Preparation:
First mix all the dry ingredients together, and then add the cinnamon. Mash a banana, add egg, coconut oil and maple syrup in it. Now, add the wet ingredients to the dry, and pour some milk and mix. Let the batter stand for a couple of minutes before pouring it onto the waffle iron. You will need 5 minutes for each waffle. Top the waffle some more maple syrup.
