Meet Cotton the cat who was found wandering the streets in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. He was found in desperate condition, hungry and with closed eyes. One kind man took the blind cat and ask for help via Facebook post. Luckily, the founder of the Animal Friends Project, Carmen Weinberg offered herself to help this poor guy.
“Early the next morning, I drove to pick him up. I took him immediately to my vet… and they confirmed that he was suffering from mange,” said Carmen.
Little by little Cotton started to gain weight and after the long recovery, he surprised everyone around him.
“It was a nice surprise to see that he had one blue eye and one yellow eye. His hair started to grow again,” said Weinberg.
As the mange was treated, the cat regained his vision, and now Cotton is one healthy and gorgeous cat. Now he is looking for a loving forever home.
