Although it seems that science can explain everything happening around us, nature finds a way to show us it has more tricks up its sleeve. The following images are impressive and scary at the same time. People often try to find an explanation about them, but nature isn’t ready to reveal all the magic.
Take a look at the 7 anomalies and phenomenon done by nature that can’t be explained by science:
1. A massive lake disappeared overnight
Back in 2016, Lake Riesco located in Chile, completely disappeared overnight. The water and the fish were gone and all was left was a desert.
2. Raining fish
This phenomena is very rare, but it happened. The first person that started studying this phenomena claimed that it happened due to water tornado. The rough wind lifts the animals and then rain back to the ground when the winds disappeared.
3. Frozen animals
This is no rare sight. Many animals looking for food, run into the thin ice and drown. This photo was taken in order to raise awareness about the danger.
4. Lava flow that looks like an inferno
If you look close enough, you’ll think that you see the entrance of hell. It’s actually a lava flow in Hawaii.
5. Zone of silence in Mexico
The Zone of silence is a desert in Mexico, where there’s no radio signal. One research showed that there was a magnetic anomaly on that spot that could have been the reason why all the devices don’t work. The research also showed that the UV levels were 30% higher.
6. Mount Baldy’s sand dune
Mount Baldy is actually a sand dune that’s considered to be alive and travelling, since it moves a couple of feet every year. The unique thing about these dunes are the mysterious holes. Although scientists started researching them, they still don’t have the answer how they appeared.
7. Ice tsunami
This is one scary natural phenomenon. Ice sometimes leaves lakes and comes as a frozen tsunami. This tsunami is slower than water tsunami, but it’s hard to stop. Unfortunately, this phenomenon can cause major destruction.
