Sunny Smoothie

Sunny smoothie recipe for sunny days to enjoy. This easy to prepare recipe is full with essential vitamins for your body and increase the energy for the day.

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1 large apple, quartered and cored
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 1 small green chili, remove seeds if you prefer
  • 1.5 cm ginger, fine chopped
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp bio yogurt
  • 5-6 ice cubes
Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve it chilly and immediately.
