Ingredients:
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 large apple, quartered and cored
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 small green chili, remove seeds if you prefer
- 1.5 cm ginger, fine chopped
- 150 ml milk
- 3 tbsp bio yogurt
- 5-6 ice cubes
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve it chilly and immediately.
