No Bake, 5 Minutes-4 Ingredients Cheesecake
Who doesn’t love cheesecake, the sweet and tasty dessert that simply makes us happy? For all the cheesecake lovers, we have created a recipe that is so easy to do. You’ll only need 4 ingredients and the best thing is you can do it in 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 .8 ounce tub of cool whip
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 1.8 ounce package of cream cheese
Preparation:
The most important thing is to leave the cream cheese out for a few hours at room temperature so that it becomes soft and smooth. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients. Add the lemon juice last. Use your hand mixer to blend the mixture. Immediately pour the mixture into graham crust. Leave it in the fridge for hour, hour and a half.
If you want you can add other things to your cheesecake too. You can add strawberries on top or Oreo cookies directly into your batter.
Chocolate Cherry Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. cherry extract
- ¼ cup melted then cooled Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tbsp. salt
For the Chocolate Cherry Icing you’ll need:
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. corn syrup
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. cherry extract
- 2-4 tablespoons water
- 1 drop red food color
Cookie Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg, chocolates and extracts and mix. Add the flour, baking powder and little salt and mix. Once the dough is prepared, roll it out ¼ inch thick between wax paper sheets. Grab a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut your cookies. Place your cookies on a baking sheet and bake them for 7.8 minutes. Let the cookies cool down.
Icing Preparation:
Mix the sugar, syrup, cocoa, vanilla extract, cherry extract, water and the red food color. Fill a piping bag with the icing and pipe the icing onto the cookies. Serve and Enjoy!
