Tasty No-Bake Apple Pie Bars

This incredibly delicious treat is perfect for the upcoming holidays. The apple pie bars are high in protein and they’re extra healthy. Not to mention there will be no baking involved, so they’ll be prepared in minutes. So rush to the kitchen and prepare these tasty no-bake apple pie bars that your family will love!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp. almond milk
Preparation:

In a big bowl, mix the protein powder, flours, nutmeg and cinnamon. Grab a microwave-safe bowl and place the almond butter and maple syrup in it. Place the bowl in the microwave and heat until everything is melted. Mix the liquid mixture with the dry one and mix everything well. Add the applesauce and keep on mixing. Your batter should be crumbly. Once everything is mixed, add the almond milk, 1 spoonful at a time. Mix until you get a firm, thick batter.

Transfer the batter into a lined baking dish and press the batter firmly. Put it in the fridge and keep it there at least 30 minutes before serving it.
