Test Your Hair’s Health In 3 Easy Steps

There are simple tricks that can tell you whether your hair is healthy or damaged. Don’t need to go to your hairdresser because you can do this little test at home.

1. Dip Your Hair

Take out some hairs and make a little hair ball. Dip the hair ball in a glass of water. If the ball reaches the bottom of the glass that means that your hair is damaged.
If the ball floats more than 1 minute, that means your hair is in perfect shape.

2. Stretch Your Hair

Take out one hair, dip it in water and hold it on both ends. Start stretching the hair. If it breaks fast, that means that your hair is prone to split ends.
A healthy hair can stretch at least 25% of its normal length.

3. Fuzzy

Grab a flashlight and stand in front of your mirror. Use the flashlight to check your hair near your scalp. If there are many small hairs that means that your hair is regenerating. If the hairs are uneven and stiff that means that your hair is damaged.
