Her main mantra is that “beauty comes from the inside” and she says that it’s really important to eat foods that cleanse your bowels. Snyder is strongly against calorie counting and she’s a strong believer that a healthy diet and detoxifications will give you long-term and amazing results.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 lettuce
- 3-4 celery stems
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- ½ lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Preparation:
Wash all ingredients and chop them. Put them in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy your super healthy breakfast!
