Here’s what you’ll need to prepare the exotic ginger and sesame salad dressing:
- 3 oz. sunflower oil
- 3 tbs. sesame oil
- 3 oz. apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 tbs. honey
- 2 tbs. soya sauce
- 2-3 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1-2 tbs. sesame
- 1/2 – 1 minced clove garlic (optional)
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a big, glass bowl. Mix them well. Keep the salad dressing in the freezer and mix the dressing again before using it.
Extra tip:
Heat the dressing in the microwave for 1 minute just to dissolve the honey. Let cool, and shake well before serving.
